We waited almost two hours to see the doctor for seven minutes. His assessment was that boys are lazy and will not pronounce words correctly if they can be understood without correct pronunciation. He looked in the patient's ears and throat, didn't ask any additional questions, and sent us on our way.

Not only did they not offer me a remedy, I had to go somewhere else to get help
