Dr. Mark Barcelo and Dr. David Keep, while pathologists at Lake Health Willoughby, Ohio Hospital, tortured and killed my daughter, Lori Ann Reigert, when they diagnosed her with the wrong cancer. A medical expert has confirmed that they were incompetent, careless and committed medical malpractice.
