This was my 4th visit to Dr. Letson in approximately 3 months. I had a retinal tear that was repaired and then prophylactic laser treatments in both eyes for retinal lattice. This was the final check to make sure all had healed well. From the very first time I went to see Dr. Letson in late May 2015, where I was anxious about the tear, Dr. Letson was extremely patient and kind in explaining what a tear was and how the laser treatment would work. He was exceptional in making sure I understood everything about the condition and the treatment! The facility is comfortable and easy to navigate. The staff were all helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.

On August 21,2015 at the Havener Eye ClinicDr. Alan Letson injected my left eye with Lucentis to treat my Macular Degeneration. He is a perfectionist when it comes to treating me and I appreciate his careful care. I got over the injection quickly and was able to drive home and and do the work I had planned to do. The nurse Jeri is a gem and I appreciate her loving and cheerful care. I am blessed to have these people treating me.

I am fortunate to receive care from Dr. Letson. When I first arrived as a patient, it wasn't clear what was causing my symptoms, but his thorough investigation that included many appointments and testing revealed a rare eye condition that can be controlled when caught early. Dr. Letson's careful examinations and testing protocols helped identify my issue and his standing in the ophthalmology community assured that I quickly saw another specialist with long-standing experience with my diagnosis. He also demonstrates a great deal of care in my well-being. I couldn't be more grateful.
