Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I'm truly satisfied with every aspect of Dr. Innes' practice. When referred to his office by Dr.Phillips at Tri County in Lithopolis I was given my appointment in a short time. Friendly staff, nice facility, scheduled for surgery within two weeks.
My procedue was performed 2/1 at Grant. Without a lengthy report please allow me to list the care taken to assure everything was in order by game day;

a)physical ordered to be completed by Dr. Phillips
b)scheduled appointment with Columbus Cardiology (my heart doctors) for a check-up and certification by them that I was apparently in a position to withstand surgery
c)Dr. Innes communicated every aspect of details to be expected at Grant to avoid problems
d) Nurse provided printed brochure with all details regarding procedue
e) Summary-I sincerely recommend Dr. Jeffrey Innes.
