Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

I wish they interacted with both me and my child during appointments, but they always only address me. My child always feel ignored. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
