I will never bring my child back there again. We walked in to a filthy waiting room. Everything was outdated and dirty. Not to mention we had to wait an hour just to go back to the patient room. Then we had to wait another 45 min. for the doctor to come in. The patient room was also filthy and just gross- when the doctor arrived all she did was look in his throat,ears, eyes, feel his stomach ask 3 questions then walk out. Took about 5 min. And then i got charged $200. $110 for office visit and $85 because my child has ADHD. Needless to say, i will never go back nor will i ever advise anybody else to. Oh, she did let my son have a lollypop. One that was from Easter. The visit was in Nov. so the lollypop was 7 months old. I threw it away.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly uneducated and not always that pleasant.I've been there 10mins before my scheduled appointment and waited almost an hour to see the doctor. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They were kind of kid friendly, but for a pediatrician I expected more and I wasn't very impressed. I definitely don't trust them to have my child's best interest at heart. I feel like their top priority is just making money. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.Also the office is very dirty and outdated, I did not feel safe letting my kid touch anything. Nor did I see the staff once wash their hands or use sanitizer.

Dr Pat as she is so lovingly. Refered to in our home has been with me through 5 children and 2 grandchildren. She has always been supportive. Attentive. Completely. At ease with me and my children. I am blessed to have had her. Verry easy to talk to. Dr Pattugalan loves children and it shows. Untiring. Bright Pedeatritian. Outstanding record. Highly. Recomended from one parent / grandparent .....

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room?
Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
