Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No issues with Dr Henderson or his staff.
Absolutely frustrated that a 3:45 appt means that you don't get to see the Dr. until 5:00. :((

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
