As far as cleanliness goes this place is wonderful, but I wouldn't go so far as to call them professional. I will never take my daughter to them again. My husband got a new job so our insurance doesn't go into affect for 90 days, and apparently we had a previous balance which they never told me, or even sent a bill for, so they turned my daughter away, event though I had the money to pay them. Not only did they refuse to see my daughter, but they embarrassed me in front of other customers. Then, when my husband called to try and clear up the issue, they were rude and dismissive. I have never been treated so badly in all of my life, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone else.
