My 19, 17 and 13 year old sons have been going to Dr. Shah all there lives and I've always been more than satisfied with him and his staff.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Both my son and daughter have been seeing Doctor Shah for over 4 years now. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the staff are helpful. The wait can sometimes be long, but Dr. Shah tries to be as accomodating as possible. Overall my experience has been good.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Dr. Seiler is an excellent pediatrician who encourages family unity and strong bonding. She is concerned about the welfare of the child through the well being of the entire family.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

Salem Pediatrics' office staff is usually rude and unorganized; twice I have received appointment reminder phone calls leaving another child's name on my voice mail...at least the calls came on the correct day! What keeps our family coming back to this practice is the compassionate and professional care and treatment Dr. Shah has always provided. The one time I had to call the office for advice when my child was having an emergency, Dr. Shah called me back within ten minutes, listened well, and was very thorough with his instructions, setting my mind at ease. Anymore, finding a primary care doctor who does not have the "get 'em in, get 'em out" approach is difficult; I get the impression Dr. Shah truly cares about each child he sees. I just wish his office staff had the same mentality, but they seem too overwhelmed with the onslaught of patients.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
