Receptionist at window was rude. Showed up on time and was ignored at window for over 15 minutes- no other patients in office. Charged for urinalysis that was never performed. Told was borderline anemic after an improper fingerstick was performed. Verified I was not anemic after CBC from my family doctor. Very poor communication from Mirau regarding procedures, and poor bedside manner. Did rectal exam with no warning- shocking to say the least.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
