Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
