They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
