Little to no beside manner, dismissive of patient concerns and failure to refer patients to a specialist for conditions she cannot manage safely. Also has a questionable practice of holding prescription refills hostage for unnecessary follow-up visits before refilling, especially life sustaining medications while having to wait up to a week and a half for an appointment. Tends to also schedule patients for unnecessary procedures and lab work.

Dr. Lisa Braverman is a poor excuse for a medical provider. She was rude, inconsiderate and left the room, as I was dressing, with the door open. I would never recommend her to anyone. In fact, I strongly urge someone looking for a primary care physician to steer clear of her.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
