Dr Dilauro quoted me a cost of a cosmetic procedure but when paying I was charged $100.00 more and the same thing happened on botox injections, $100.00 more. When I complained her office manager said I was wrong. Make sure that Dr. Dilauro writes down the charges her self, that way you will have proof of the charges. This doctor is so money hungry that she only gives 6 months prescriptions instead of a year like most doctors. When I asked why I was told, she does that to make sure you come back!!!!!!!

Be careful on paying for cosmetic procedures. Dr Dilauro does not give you a written refund policy nor tell you. I paid for a Thermage treatment of $1995.00 and when I cancelled I was denied a refund due to their policy that I was not informed of. Dr. Dilauro ignored my phone calls and would not even give me another appointment. She also does not dress professional and her office is in need of cleaning.
