They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was pleased with their high quality of care.
