Dr Thomas is the best doctor I have ever had. This is an old school, hands on doctor, who takes the time to review your chart before you come to the appointment, proactively orders tests to monitor health issues, takes the time to talk to you. He is an older doctor, and when he retires, which appears he will work his entire life, we will all miss this great and humble man. He has a devoted staff, who are professional and hard working.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I also believe the whole Dr.Thomas is an insurance payment hog ordering alot of tests and then not reviewing the results with you and just wanting you to come back to gain that mighty $$ . When I spoke with him of my ailments and documentation from specialist I have seen he disrespected my health concerns and after 3 visits of only being advised to NOT smoke I am now in search of another , younger family Dr. because I feel Dr. Thomas needs to retire and stop abusing the health insurance companies !! The staff was very nice & attentive and spoke to me and my concerns as a person they truly felt for,and wanted to help. I will NOtTgo back to his office or reccomend him to anyone even with a paper cut . He did not listen, respond , or try to even speed up a process he had in his power , in his office for my other medical records he claimed he wanted to see . retire Dr.Thomas -- you have wasted enough patients time and the insuarance comapnies $$ is why the damn rates are so high as it is !!

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible.
