Stay away from this doctor. He is useless.

My father was vomiting for 10 straight days and this doctor did not even have the common sense to tell him to go see a specialist. He kept prescribing acid reflux medication. His vomiting got progressively worse. I tried calling this doctor and even left a voice mail, but it was impossible to reach him. I finally decided to take my father to the ER. He was later diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer.

We still have not heard back from this doctor. This doctor should not be allowed to continue practicing medicine. He is clueless at best, and negligent at worst. I kept telling my father to find another doctor, but my dad said that he liked going to Ro because he is "good at prescribing medication."

Please, please - if you have non-English speaking parent who wants to go to this doctor because he speaks Korean, I urge you to take them to another doctor.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
