I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying.
