They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.
After five years of being a patient with this office, they decided to discharge me. They did not call and tell me I needed to find a new doctor or send a letter in the mail. They sent my primary care doctor a letter saying that their office will not see me any more and I need a new referral. My husband called to find out why and they claimed he was rude with staff when I had a colonoscopy done there and they had discharged me two months earlier.
However, one of their staff did a procedure when I was admitted to Mercy Medical in June and I was told to follow up in two weeks. I never received my test results that were done then. After locating a new doctor, he faxed a request for my records twice and he has not received anything from them in two weeks time. Also, I want it known that neither my husband or I were rude with the staff downstairs though we had the right to be upset. I was poked four times with a needle before the intravenous line was inserted and the procedure could be done. This office is not very professional.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
