They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I went to him when I was diagnosed with gall stones & the ER Doctor told me my gallbladder was full of gall stones & I needed to get it removed as soon as possible. When I went to Dr. James Gibbs for a second opinion because I was so sick... he said that all he saw was sludge in the x-ray & I didn't need the surgery. Thank God I went to a surgeon recommended to me because I did have gall stones and one was stuck inside the tube attached to the gall bladder and there was a stone clogging it. I went through severe pain for months because of his expert opinion after looking at my x-rays taken at the emergency room. I should have filed a malpractice suit against him. I don't know what the statue of limitations is. Thank God my surgeon was patient because she had a hard time getting the stone that was stuck out. I almost had to have the surgery where the recovery time is 6 weeks & a big cut across your body! If you don't mind someone just pushing you through, not being thorough so they can see as many patients as they can at your expense then he's your guy.

Not really, but I found a spot

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Not sure if I have ever visited a Dr. who was on time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
