I called the office and was put on hold for 2 minutes then someone picked up the phone and said "what did you need" really? Horrible tone and rude. She was extremely combative, and made me feel like I was booking an appointment to see the Queen of England. She also made me feel uncomfortable, calling me "a new patient" with disgust, as if I had to prove myself after a few visits. Wow! I have insurance and am willing to pay for some cosmetic procedures out of my pocket. Horrible, front service....they need better customer service. She sounded like a military officer. I am originally from the Philadelphia area and I am amazed at the attitudes in the health care system here in Cleveland.
