Dr. West doesn't have that warm fuzzy compassionate feel about him, but he seems competent. He operated on me and there seemed to be both some improvements and some issues that resulted from it.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The Doctor took his time and considered my input when discussing treatment options, and did not pressure me to have any procedure I was uncomfortable with. He took the time to explain my problem, the risks and possible outcomes of the surgery he recommended. The staff was also very helpful in assisting me with determining cost, and a payment plan. No ENT is inexpensive, but it was comforting when the staff told me up front that they would be happy to work out a payment plan to fit my needs. They did call me to reschedule one appointment, but sometimes that happens, and at least they let me know in advance.
