Yes, but my procedures weren't complicated, and could be done on the same day

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Dr. Goodnose is tops!
