My appointment was at 9am. I got out after 5pm for a routine eye exam. You go to one room for a test, then to the waiting room for an hour awaiting the next test, then back to the waiting room for a couple of hours because the tech went to lunch. Then back to waiting, then you see the doctor at last. Afterwards, comes a dilation of your eyes, and you guessed it- back to the waiting room. So, be prepared with lunch, snacks, toilet paper (it's usually out by lunch time), plenty of reading/busy material, and lots of patience. I just wish my insurance would cover me going somewhere else. But, it is my twice a year visit out there for the last fifteen years, that I've learned to detest this place. I'd recommend them doing rolling lunches so that some people could still be seen, let them offer free snacks and drinks for those of us with low blood sugar issues, and a more professional attitude.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
