Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
