Dr. Bucy is 1 of the best pediatricians I've ever had the good fortune to come across and was the pediatrician for all 3 of my boys & still is for my youngest of my boys. Dr. Bucy along with Dr. Law, & Dr. Salvador are the 3 doctors at the practice of Premier Pediatrics that my kids have received treatment from & I've never had a complaint. They are all wonderful, caring pediatricians with a true heart for kids who never stop treatment until they have found & fixed the issue facing your child. Best group of pediatricians I've ever dealt with & trust them completely with the diagnosis & treatment of my boys!

I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. 9 Times Out of ten you sit in the waiting room for over an hour then wait on the doctor for another hour. One of the receptionist shouldn't be working there at all, she is always rude and dismissing. We do like Dr.Bucy and Dr.Salavador she is amazing with children and so he. It just takes forever to actually be able to see them. If your more then 15 mins late for your appointment they reschedule but they expect you to wait 2 or 3 hours, I don't think so.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr. Bucy is an excellent physician and one of the best I've ever been to. I did have a problem with another physician in the practice who downplayed my concerns with my son's health by voicing a sarcastic opinion. I would NEVER take my children to see that doctor again.

Yes

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition?
Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

Kind of, but not very much

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
