They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
