They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important.
Dr. Campbell was extremely rude, as is Dr. Monroe in the same office. I found out either Dr. Campbell wrote important notes in my chart wrong, or reported to me wrong information. This is one of the most impersonable doctors I have ever met, considering he is dealing with a great deal of pregnant women throughout his day.
When I am done with my pregnancy, I will not be referring any friends or family to this practice considering 75% of the physicians are rude, and not very attentitive! Do not go here, protect your unborn child, after each appointment with these doctors, I went home in tears!

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Dr. Campbell caught some issues that other doctors missed. He always treated me with respect and was easy to talk to.
