It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.

If you use any type of Medicaid - Beware! After months of disputes I ended up having to pay anyway almost a year later because they could never figure out how to properly bill Medicaid and I didn't want to be sent to collections. It is my opinion, based on my experience there, that they should not be listed as a facility that accepts Medicaid.

Also, the Dr has extremely long finger nails. So for a pap exam - this was quite uncomfortable for me.
