They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. Marshall took care of my OB/GYN needs and delivered 2 babies for me for 20 years while I lived in NC.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
