I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
