Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I am confident that I was called as soon as my test results were ready. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They keep the restrooms well-stocked and clean. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
