Brannon took on too much when Rogers left. You're lucky if you get 5 minutes to talk to him and he doesn't want to listen. I tried to explain some symtoms I was having and he flat out told me it couldn't be true. Well, it was! The staff could care less. I've been going to Brannon for over 10 years. I made an appointment but a serious emergency came up. They sent me a bill for $25 for being a no show. I called and explained the emergency and they could care less. I understand to a point but I was a patient for 10 years and I had MORE than my share of waiting and canceled appoints (after arriving) due to Brannon being busy. So, after 10 years, I have moved on. Dr. Brannon: I would recommend you stop and spend some time listening to your patients and advise your staff to do the same. You and your staff are not elitists. It is a surefire way to loose patients.

Please find another practice to deliver your baby, if you have a C-section I would hate for you to have what happened to me....Brannon and Rogers left a scratchpad/brillo pad inside me that sat in my bowel for 6 weeks, I needed a hysterectomy at age 34..this group is careless and rushed...do not waste your time here.
