Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. Lousy bedside manner, talks down to patients and does not listen to issues or attempt to resolve them. He does not answer urgent phone calls, does not address issues with medication difficulties and treats people like they are nothing more than a paycheck.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
