I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the me here. It is a big practice and when I check in I see different people all the time. I do not visit this office often. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The PA always take's the time to listen to me. I fell they care about me and what I have to say.
