I have/had been this doctor's patient for close to 2 decades, but things have really gone downhill. This year, when it was time this doctor to send in my lab results so my medications can be approved, they sent in my last labs in 2014 for my hormone levels looked normal and my medications have been denied....the same ones I have been taking for over 10 years.

I called the insurance company and they told me the reason is because the lab results they sent in are the last in 2014 showing things normal and not the results that originally caused the diagnosis. I tried explain that to Dr. Joachim and he fired me as a patient because of my "passive aggressive ways". He told me his office did everything right, that my insurance company "sucks" and to just calm down and pay the medication myself. Then he fired me as a patient.

This doctor has left me in a horrible state of health and dire bind for medications. AND THE INSURANCE FAXED HIM A LETTER ON FEBRUARY 5, 2015 EXPLAINING THIS TO HIM AND HE STILL SAYS THAY ARE WORNG AND I AM FIRE AS A PATIENT.

This doctor can care less about his patients and will do things that can kill his patients if it means he can make a dime. We left after he pulled my husband off a life saving medication because we had to reschedule an appointment due to work conflict. He was fully aware that stopping this medication suddenly could cause his heart to stop but he only cared about money. He is pompous arrogant and only interested in lining his pockets not the health of his patients. When we asked for our records to take to our new doctor we got the run around, then they told us we would have to pay a ridiculous fee to receive them. Beware of this crook. We are in the process of reporting him. Notice all the good reviews are anonymous. .
