chile there isnt a rating when it comes to this office misdiagnosed twice referrals you wait a year for and still dont get it and the office is always packed dont care if you have a appointment or what the nurses have attitudes most of them out this world to match that beautiful front desk if I had to rate them tbh I would be doing a investigation on what to do to shut them down or make them be responsible for not listening to their patients but that caused the misdiagnosing

Love Love Love this guy!!!!!! I never had the money to take care of my teeth so i was so scared to go in, I went to my wife dentist and he was a jerk and real forcefull and her hurt really bad. I happen to drive by and stop in at dr.cooks office he was amazing! i have had 2 root canals and I can say i did not feel a thing! Im not scared at all with him he and his staff is so loving and down to earth! They don't judge or look down at you! They get you pumped up about taking baby steps to get you healthy, I could not imagin going anywhere else again! You are not paying for the over the top snazzy office he passes the savings to you and i love that!!!! Thanks soon much for my new smile!!!!!!!!!

Excellent experience....Thorough and attentive. I would and have told others about Dr. Cook. He takes time to explain everything in a manner that makes it easy to understand. He is truly a great doctor.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
Hard to get appointments in a timely fashion. Missed my most recent diagnosis and I ended up in ER. Could not provide critical lab tests in less than 3 days when I needed them same day.

Dr. Cook was very attentive and spent the time I believe he needed to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. The other medical staff were thorough and friendly. The front office staff were accomodating but not overly so. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
