Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Dr. Monteiro is arrogant, heartless and should considering leaving medicine. He has no compassion for patients and has little empathy for patients who are in crisis. Poor excuse for a human being and a professional.
