I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They seem to worry about the little reasons you are there but not the main reason. They makes appointments but you wait in the waiting area for an hour than another 45 minutes in the office waiting for the doctor to come int. They also give you an appointment than call to tell you that you can't have that one and give you another one for 3 days later. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Dr. Barrier is a very caring physician.
