Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
