I went here because it was the soonest i could get in anywhere...maybe that was because of an underlying reason! The staff is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Everytime i call, I am answered by rude replies. As for the doctor, she read to me from a textbook information i already had known myself, making my visit very unprofessional. After a discussion, the options made me emotional and instead of offering any type of support or empathy, she and the nurse left me in the room by myself for over 10 minutes. When calling to see if i should continue my meds, instead of getting a yes or no answer, i got a "you must come in for an apt." A simple question with a simple answer (which i never got) but I decided i am going somewhere else. I'll wait for an apt with a more professional, friendly staff.

I went for my first visit with Dr Draelos. This was to see what the options were for removing a knot on my leg that looked bad. The doctor made it quite clear that she was booked up and did not have time for any questions or concerns. She spent less than 5 minutes total in the room and told me I would need to schedule another visit to come back to discuss my options. She of course did not mind billing me. I waited to get the final notice before deciding to pay only to get a collections notice several months later. I informed the colletion agency it had been paid and provided a check number. About a year later I found that the collection for the one visit had been reported twice on my credit report under two different account numbers and I am still waiting for the collection agency to correct the error. Save yourself the hassle and go to someone else!!!!

When I mentioned to Zoe that I wasn't happy with the sagging on my face, she replied without any hesitation, "We can fix that with an injection".....not maybe, we CAN fix it. After paying $475.00 which I consider a lot of money....but I was willing to sacrifice if it would make me feel better about my appearance.... I see no improvement. I went to Zoe's office to voice my concern. I found her to be very condescending and dismissive. She immediately tried to put the blame on me from asking if I smoke (I don't) to whether I had been in the sun a lot...(moderately). She knew I had checked on a lift at another facility but I was fully aware that this was in no way an attempt to pull back my skin. I realize there are no guarantees, but she never one time mentioned that it may not work., As I said before, her words were that she could fix it with an injection. I don't know if it was just dollar signs she was seeing, or if she really wasn't listening to what I had hoped to accomplish. My main complaint is that she didn't offer to do anything to at least compensate me in some small way. Obviously, she lost a patient, but I have several friends who were using me as the "human sacrifice" and were going to try the injections also if they worked for me. It goes without saying that she also lost some potential patients.
