I had an appointment but waited almost 45 min. to see her...not friendly and didn't want to take time to answer my questions, in fact she was walking out the door as I was asking something. Had a lump on my arm removed and when I asked about the bandage and what I should put on it she said "do whatever makes you comfortable"...not sure what that meant. I waited for a letter about a biopsy...called the office after 3 weeks. They were busy and hadn't had time to call me about the results of having pre cancerous cells and suggested having her cut into me again to remove what she didn't get the first time and it was so urgent I couldn't be seen for 3 weeks. No thanks!! I am searching for a different doctor.

She was recommended to me by coworkers, they also gave me a warning that she wasn't the warmest or friendliest person either. I visited this Dr. Draelos 3-4 times...the final time I had to leave before even seeing the dr. because I scheduled it over my hour and a half lunch break and was already over my allot time. Her staff is friendly....she definitely isn't...

Dr. Draelos has a track record of consistently making people wait. In fact she has become legendary for it among my friends in High Point. Many have left because you will typically wait easily 45 minutes beyond your appointment time and then she will give you 5 minutes and move on. While she is a good physician many people I know have left her. She rarely if ever takes the time to explore additional needs. Get them in and out quick - that is her motto. She once sold me a plastic bottle of skin care oinment she recommended and when I came home I realized the plastic bottle had a fake bottom and actually was half full. I am no longer using her practice.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they answered my call right away
