He'a quack. He "fixed" my broken jaw and my teeth wouldn't come together. He said it would be a simple procedure, just had to put a screw in on the broken side to keep it aligned. Within 6 weeks I had to go to a specialist the screw Chafee installed couldn't be removed and he had to re-break my jaw on both sides to repair Chafee's mistake. My bite still isn't correct and there is nothing I can do. I know at least 10 other former patients who will agree with me 100%

The last appointment I has with Dr Chahfe,, 22 June 16, turned out to be somewhat confusing. He ordered a procedure to be done (PET Scan) that I cannot find a reason for. I have tried to contact the office for a reason/explanation for this. Each time someone was supposed to contact me but ZERO RESPONSE.

In the mean time I have a issue that is being totally ignored. Some of the staff at this office are not doing their job in a professional manner.

The Dr. was great he had a great attitude and he made me feel very comfortable. But the staff, well their from another world it seems. They were rude about having to go out of their way and that's ridiculous because its their job! To me they are the root of the office and their making this great doctor look bad. 4 stars for the Dr. and 1 for the staff
