They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. I couldn't believe how promptly they contacted me with my test results. It really showed how much they care about their patients.
