They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. RUN IF U CAN HE WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
