Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

They've never pressured me to get any enhancements that I didn't need or wasn't interested in. They're always very respectful. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, or on a specific day. I was able to schedule it on the day I wanted to, and had plenty of time to think it over.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Is this business handicap-accessible?
No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility
