4 years ago I had a bilateral breast reduction performed by Dr. Debbie Kennedy & I was extremely pleased with the outcome & her awesome care. Dr. Kennedy was professional & empathetic in every way. I would highly recommend Dr. Kennedy for any plastic surgery you may need. I plan to return with a friend for our weight loss surgery
