He performed a turp on me and his explanation of the procedure was that he would give me a "roto-rooter". Any questions I had seemed to annoy him. He assured me I'd be staying overnight at the hospital after the procedure and my insurance was happy to cover that but the nurses told me when I woke up that he had changed his mind and was sending me home. He had me leave the hospital with a catheter in. He was aware that I was unprepared to go home that same day and that I had an hour ride home. My catheter came out and I had to push it back in myself. He did not return my phone call until 2 days later. The pain medicine he gave me was inadequate. The whole thing was a nightmare. He is an overrated plumber

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
