It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I had to wait quite awhile. I was very disappointed. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Methods and meds were not explained, symptoms were neither asked about nor listened to. Quite a racket this guy has going, medicating for conditions he doesnt even know about rather than sending you to someone who might actually know what is wrong and be able to help. A real charlatan. Stay away
