Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff immediately addressed my concern. If you have an emergency situation they will get you an appointment the same day. I have used Dr,Glassman for over 30 years and have found him to be an exellent professional. He treats his patients of all ages with respect and speaks to them on their level.

Qualifications/ experience were clear. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I felt better after I left. Staff make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were some of the most supportive staff I've dealt with. They were always happy to help me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
